While WE DO NOT KEEP STATS, we are watching for standout performers on the mound, at the plate, in the field and on the bases. However, a performance WITHOUT the presence of requisite tool(s) and/or skill(s) IS NOT considered standout — we are looking for players with the tool(s) and/or skill(s) to play beyond the high school level.

#5 Evan Brown – SS 2024
Evan’s been a tough out all tournament so far, squaring balls up left and right. He’s got good actions at short, excited to see what he does when he gets bigger.
#21 JP Hansen – RHP 2024
Hansen was tough as nails all afternoon. He struggled with command a little bit, but competed his tail off. Has a good sharp slider. Looking to see him gain some velo once he puts on some weight. Sat 77-79, touched 81mph.
#7 Hunter Dallas – C 2024
Hunter is a catcher that anyone would want to have working with their pitching staff. He’s communicating with everybody, and working on every pitch. Also has good footwork on his throw downs. Expect for Hunter to be a real threat once he grows some more.

#33 Ethan Godde – RHP 2023
Godde’s in the middle of a gutsy pitching performance, pitching his tail off in the Semis as the underdog team, up to 81 with an elite breaking ball
#26 Garrett Patterson – C 2023
Patterson has been the man behind the plate all weekend. He’s a leader back there and is an excellent pitch receiver. Threw a 1.98 pop time in game to throw out tying runner.
#1 Austin Ziello – SS/RHP 2024
2 way player. Good hands, smooth at SS, can pick it defensively . Savvy player, is always knowing where to go with the ball, thinks ahead. 74-76, touched 78. Slider has good break to it and can throw it for a strike. Good mechanics on the mound.
#3 Keedan Nadeau – OF 2024
Very athletic, moves well on both sides of the ball, great base runner, athletic frame, good foundation at the plate, ran a 4.18 down the line
#44 Mason Overacker – OF 2024
Tall, athletic, solid frame, quiet hands at the plate, sneaky pop, middle approach, plenty of room to grow and get stronger

Pops 2.09-2.13. Decent actions behind the plate. Receives well. Quick feet, transfer is up and out. Center the ball on his blocks. Big frame, will fill out as athlete matures. Line drive hitter at the plate. Works the big part of the field, a lot of hard contact.

Stocky frame, but moves well, has a compound swing. Uses all fields and drives the ball with authority. Could add more to his load with a good coil to really drive the baseball.

#23 Adam Reyes – MIF 2023
Good actions defensively, smooth feet and soft hands, plays the ball aggressive. Small frame but plenty of room to gain size and muscle over the next two years to mature and be a good MIF. Swing path is long through the zone, with a short and simple swing
#33 Nick Schaffer – 2B 2023
Sneaky athletic with good quick twitch movements. Aggressive and smart on the base paths. Quirky swing but has quick hands. Pop time of 2.05, 2.09. Extremely mobile behind the plate. Receives well and is quiet with both feet and glove.

#1 Jay Windsor – IF 2023
Phenomenal athlete. Feet work exceptionally well as a MIF, aggressive defensively and has a high baseball IQ. Well above average arm across the Diamond, and a plus plus runner 4.02 down the line
#16 Kevin Haynes – 1B 2023
Haynes is a big body at first with some flexibility to make him solid defensively. Offensively he’s a unit and hits everything hard. Here he is driving a triple in the gap with essentially one hand
#19 Hector Valinas – OF 2023
Valinas is a big athletic body with excellent actions at the plate. He stays patient for his pitch and shows the ability to drive the ball the other way with authority. Also plus speed makes him a threat on the bases.
#6 Elijah Grant – CF/RHP 2025
Grant is a 2-way athlete that’s been exciting to watch all game. Has grabbed a few stolen bases, has gotten up to 85 on the day, and is also an excellent lead off hitter. Excited to watch this player grow up.
#3 Mario Lopez – C 2025
Lopez is a pitcher’s catcher. Pitchers love throwing to him, and he’s being a constant leader behind the plate all game. He’s an excellent pitch receiver to go along with a few pop times below 2. Also a big bat in the lineup with raw power.
#33 Freddy Rath – LHP 2022
Starting for the Heat today is Freddy Rath. Rath is a lanky incoming senior who’s sitting 82-83mph with a short and efficient arm path. He’s pounding the strike zone early and attacking the hitters.

Very young and a very good athlete. Has a full four years to get bigger and grow. Looks natural at any position on the field, could develop into a solid MIF. Plus arm strength up to 83 on the mound. Good middle approach at the plate from the left and right side
#21 Reid Farrell – IF 2024
Big strong frame, quiet at the plate with good explosiveness starting from his lower half. Has decent actions defensively but still time to grow arm strength and work on his feet.

Temesvary has been rock solid behind the plate today. He’s made 2 diving plays on bunts, and is a good receiver of pitches. Lots of potential because he can grow and already has good baseball instincts.

#23 Isaiah Alcala – CF 2023
Alcala is a prototypical lead off hitter. Saw lots of pitches in first AB, great base runner, and even had a big hit later in the game. Looking for more from him once he puts on some size.
#21 Chapman Weber – RHP/OF 2024
2 way player. Tall slender frame. Room to add weight and strength. Very Athletic. Plus speed and range on routes in the OF. Takes good angles to the ball. 75-78, touched 80. Smooth delivery to home, great demeanor on the mound. Pitches with intent. Has command of his fastball and has a slider with good break to compliment each other.
#37 Lincoln Klein – RHP 2023
Klein stands at 6’2 165 pounds, so he’s still getting used to his body. He pounded the zone and flashed a breaking ball that kept pitchers off balance. Looking for this player to add some lbs and be a weapon on the mound.
#4 Ian Morales – C 2024
Morales is a catcher with tons of athleticism. He’s quiet behind the plate making him an elite receiver, and he’s also blocking everything in the dirt. At the plate he doesn’t get cheated with his swing, as he’s been hitting hard all day.

#2 Mikey Flores – IF 2024
This kid is someone who never takes a pitch off. He does it all in the leadership aspect, as he talks to his teammates and is the first one to pick them up. He’s a hustler and a gamer and wants to win.
#31 Erik Rodriguez – RHP 2023
Rodriguez is a big righty with an incredible upside. He’s been up to 91 today and has been blowing it by hitters rather easily. Very athletic too, as he’s show that he can field his position. Look for more from this young stud.

#13 Everet Johnson – IF 2024
Johnson is a big athletic body who can play just about anywhere in the infield. Smooth hands. Also an excellent hitter. Definitely a player to follow
#54 Brando Swanson – 1B/RHP
Swanson is a big body on the field and a 2-way threat at that. He’s got gap to gap power and really uses his lower half. Up to 85 on the mound as well.
#53 Carter Perry – C 2023
Carter Perry is a big athlete who’s got big time pop. Uses his size to an advantage has got fast hands. Hit to the warning track here.

#55 Derek Bain – C/3B 2024
Short athletic frame. Good build in legs. Quality footwork behind the plate. Smooth short easy stroke at the plate. Left handed hitting catcher. Works the middle of the field with RISP. Spray the ball all over the field. Plus receiving. Active behind the plate, not afraid to throw behind runner at anytime
#50 Tate Lewis – OF/1B 2022
Strong build. Good size. Athletic. Quick short stroke with power to pull side, HR to left field. Works to keep the ball, doesn’t try to pull the ball. Calm and confident presence at the plate.

#5 Eddie Tarango – IF/OF 2023
Athletic build and is a leader on defense. He’s sure-handed at short and not afraid to make the big play. Also a great hitter with plus speed.
#23 Jimmy Dempsey – 3B 2023
Shorter slender frame. Solid gap to gap power. Athletic, as athlete matures, will grow and add strength, future player up the middle. Attacks ground balls. Good arm to make throw across infield from multiple angles.
#1 Jackson Williams – RHP 2023
Jackson is a tall and lanky RHP that his an incredibly high ceiling. He’s 6’1 and can afford to gain some weight. When that happens he’ll start blowing hitters by with his FB. Right now he has a plus breaking ball and change up and he locates his fastball well.

#8 Garrett Miller – RHP 2022
FB: 86-88mph, good overall athlete, good command, still room to grow
#11 Roman Blaser – RHP 2023
Tall and thick build. FB up to 86, over the top delivery. Secondary stuff is ok but still has two years to develop. Mechanically sound with much to still learn to trust lower half and drive more towards the plate. Naturally has a heavy ball pitches with tilt
#25 Kris Kirkpatrick – LHP 2021
Quirky and deceptive, hides the ball well. Arm has decent whip with ability to command in and out with arm side run. Fb 82-86. Needs work on secondary stuff
#9 Hatcher Hild – RHP 2022
Hild comes in an athletic frame and he’s been making the most of his outing today. He’s up to 84, and he’s got a great slider that’s been his out pitch
# 7 Hadley Smith – C 2023
Smith is a catcher today but has the build and athleticism of a shortstop. He’s got quick feet and a quick transfer on throw downs, and is excellent fielding bunts. Offensive he’s a weapon, as he turned on 90 mph and hit it over the center fielder.
#14 Luke Hines – LHP 2022
Clean mechanics, high 3/4 arm slot, plus arm strength, more room to grow, FB: 82-86mph, good armside run, all 2-seam fastball, needs to develop secondary pitch

#26 AJ Jones – OF 2022
Plays the game hard, runs really well, decent at the plate, simple mechanics, short from his load to contact, good lower 1/2 at the plate
#44 Conor Christiansen – MIF 2022
Athletic frame, quick hands at the plate, middle of the order at the next level, explosive hands, easy load

Big solid frame. Athletic off mound, can field his position. 82-85 touched 86. There is potential for more velo, with smoother mechanics and cleaner line to home. Riding fastball. Wildly effective. Grinds hard to find groove early on then settles in. Good break on slider, able to throw it for a strike. Is a competitor on the mound. Solid power at the plate with a HR to LF.
#16 Dylan Franco – RHP 2024
Very raw, young with decent frame, live arm from low 3/4 arm slot, FB: 84-86mph, commands in and outside of the plate

Lopez was quick and efficient all afternoon. He was around 80-81 (T84) and had a plus breaking pitch. Looking for more velo once on a good throwing program.
#1 Korey Ramson – SS 2024
Ramson is an athlete on the field that can play multiple positions at the next level. Has excellent range up the middle. Has sneaky pop at the plate too, and is a great lead off hitter
#22 Matt Jernigan – LHP 2022
Jernigan has been up to 81 today but has excellent off speed pitches that have made his fastball deceptive. Also really good at controlling the running game when he’s on the mound.

#38 Bobby Brown – RHP 2021
Graduated Senior Bobby Brown is up to 90 mph early on in his outing. Pounding fastballs and has a good enough off speed. A tall and lanky pitcher, can’t wait to see once he gains some weight
#17 Erik Trent – 3B 2022
Big thick frame. 2 way player. Good build in the legs, strong legs. Smooth quiet hands at 3B. Good speed for size. Will steal bases. Gets good jumps when stealing a base. Hustles hard down the line. Sits 81-83 , touched 84. Quick tempo on the mound. Attacks hitters with FB. Not a lot of wasted movement in delivery.

#30 Max Amador – RHP 2023
Good size. Tall slender frame. 79-82, touched 83. Efficient, works the bottom of the zone well. Throws a ton of strikes. Attacks with FB. Quick pick move to first, good feet.
More velo in there, as athlete puts weight in and fills out frame, look for velo to climb.
#15 Micah Rodriguez – RHP 2023
78-81, Top 83. Athletic, can field his position. Clean smooth arm whip. Simple easily repeatable mechanics. His Ball jumps out of the hand. Tunnels the FB and Offspeed very well. Good break to the offspeed, often back doors it to left handers. Yanks the pitch sometimes, but when on a good line to home plate, his stuff plays and is effective in the zone.

#11 Ty Phillips – OF 2023
Phillips comes in a compact frame but is able to get the most out of it with his powerful lower half. He’s a left handed hitter who shows the ability to drive the ball anywhere.
#10 Julian Lara – OF 2021
Julian has a good middle away approach and can drive the ball from gap to gap. Also a plus base runner.
#2 Kanon Welbourne – C 2023
Welbourne has been working hard all weekend. He’s a grinder behind the plate, and he swallows up almost pitches in the dirt.
6/6: Long and lanky RHP and with an increase in size, he’ll be a major weapon on the mound. Up to 85 today and consistently flashing a wipeout slider.
