Lanky frame. With Command and mechanics are already developed, as athlete fills out frame as he matures, athlete’s velocity will increase. Mechanics comparable to Koji Uehara. 74-77 touched 78. +command. FB has slight sink/run. Good sharp curveball. Able to throw it for a strike at will. Great balance at the top of leg lift, drives downhill through backside. Very good mechanically, able to repeat them. Quick pick move to first.

FB 80-82. CH 74-75. Good size for an incoming freshman. 3/4 arm slot, throws with everything he’s go. Nice loose arm whip action, slings it. Competes and challenges hitters with FB. Also features a change-up that he throws off FB.

#13 Christopher Ramirez – SS/2B 2024
Athletic build with room for added muscle. Smooth glove at shortstop. Works around the ball and sets feet in line with first base. Good first step and has above average range. Able to catch most weak fly balls in shallow left. Also displayed the ability to throw on the run. At the plate, looked to drive the ball into the left field gap. Decent runner who could be a potential steal threat.

#23 Jacob Rojas – C/3B 2024
Continues to impress with skills behind the plate. Provides big target for pitchers. Glove consistently works underneath the ball out of a one knee stance. Reads pitches well and is still mobile enough to block. Smooth swing at the plate that would fit into most lineups in the middle of the order. Power to the opposite field.

Consistently squared up balls early in the count. Uses both gaps well. Also, has the ability to execute a situational hitting plan. Was aggressive on the bases and gets good jumps on steals. Displays good actions on defense and would be able to play multiple positions. Always works to back up potential wild throws.

Simple approach at the plate. Goalie mindset when catching. Consistently blocked balls well off the plate in pressure situations. Quick reactions and and kept runners out of scoring position. Good receiver who will mix in a one knee stance from time to time. Should see an increase in throwing velocity with added strength.

Short and efficient arm path. Fastball sat 79-82. Touched 84. Also mixes in big 12-6 curveball with sharp break. Good tempo with repeatable mechanics.

FB 86-87. Hard sharp slider 75-78. Rears back and let’s it fly. Gets into his legs and gets a good drive towards home. Sometimes over throws and Pulls pitch and falls off to first. Able to Pound the zone with both FB and slider.

6’3”. Tall skinny frame. 77-80, up to 81. Long levers. Benefit of being tall already is velocity should follow as athlete fills out frame and adds weight. Tends to get in trouble when mechanics fall out of sync. Direct line to home during delivery. Hard cutter/slider to compliment FB. Hides the ball well. Over the top arm slot, The development of a change-up would be beneficial with the arm arm slot and pitch arsenal.

Tall Athletic frame. Smooth in the infield, great hands, can pick it, makes everything look routine. + arm across the diamond. Delivers ball on target. Can make throws from multiple arm angles. Barrels balls up at the plate, lots of hard contact, line drive hitter. Good angle to the ball on swing. FB: 85-87mph off the mound.

#72 Ryan Speyshock – RHP 2023
Oregon St. Commit. Solid fit frame. FB 87-90. Touched 91. Strength is his FB. Features a slider 74-77. Able to throw both for pitches for strikes. Simple mechanics. No wasted movement in windup. Creates good arm action and whip and good reach out in front when finishing. Has good timing and rhythm on delivery to home. Trouble locating when out of that rhythm.

Changeup was in the low 70’s and he consistently kept it down in the zone. Tough against lefties. High follow as velocity increases.

FB is 82-84, touched 86. Heavy FB with arm side run. Throws a slider that keeps hitters off balance

#7 Luc Picord – 3B 2022
Picord is a corner infielder build with an explosive lower half. He’s driven the ball hard to all fields today, and has fast enough hands to recover when he’s been beat.

Wyatt’s been tough as nails all morning, and his craftiness has gotten him out of some jams. He throws a heavy FB with run to go along with a plus CB.
