Solid two way player. Athletic frame with plenty room to add strength.On the mound can really spin a breaking ball 64-67, able to throw it for a strike and swing and miss. FB 76-78 accurate. Ended the day with 2 innings pitches and 4 Ks. Hitting wise showed Opposite field pop with a triple into the gap and hard hit single pull side. Quiet set up at the plate and in rhythm. Took consistently good swings.

Compact strong body. Works hard behind the dish, blocks well and deadens, showed strong arm behind the plate with a 1.95 pop time, was in control of his pitchers, calling a good game and showing good baseball IQ. At the plate he has a short compact swing through the zone and great barrel accuracy.
#22 Luis Colon Cruz – SS 2021
Tall body, smooth hands, with good back side, covering a lot of ground up the middle with a strong arm. Offensively, good stances at the plate, smart hitter and likes to drive the ball up the middle, showed strong pull side. Very quick around the bases showing off his speed after running a 6.5 on the 60 yard dash.

Athletic frame. Offensively has a balanced set up. Quick compact swing with some pull side pop. Spray line drive hitter with a good middle approach. Bunts for a hit well. Defensively has good range and displayed a strong accurate arm. Takes good routes to the ball. Works ground up and carries momentum through the ball. Runs bases very well.
#27 Gavin Adams – RHP 2021
Long projectable frame. Free and loose arm action from a 3/4 slot. Commands both sides of the plate with the fastball, his 4 seam sits 87-88 and his 2 seam sits 84-85 with late arm side run. He has good command of his slider with late life to it and uses it as his out pitch sitting 75-78.

Good young player with high upside. Competes hard and is not afraid to get his uniform dirty. Has smooth and quick actions in the infield. Displays good range and strong instincts.
