Plus Runner on the base paths, good range in the outfield with an average outfield arm. Gap to gap approach, showed the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field with power.
#11 Nathan Rodriguez – INF 2018
Smooth actions in the infield, very sure handed, ranged well to both sides, sufficient arm strength across the diamond, as well as a quick transfer. Has a great understand of the strike zone with a Middle to right center approach at the plate.
#22 Isaac Estrada – 2019 RHP
Isaac threw a complete game shutout for ABD. Showed a clean, short, fluid arm action with a fastball topping at 77. His breaking ball shows depth. He is a great competitor.

Strong, physical two-way kid. Broad and lean with room to fill out. Swing plane and extension give him a lot of margin for error. Bases-loaded triple and a couple of hard outs on day 2 of the tournament. Quality outing on the mound as well. Works from a high ¾ slot and fastball has good downhill action. Fastball sat sat 78-79, and he mixed in a solid 11/5 curveball for strikes. Works in with the fastball aggressively and that is the difference for him. Set the tone in the 1st striking out the side with all fastballs.
#11 Brandon Herter – OF 2018
Strong, compact athlete. Tough out in the box and a highlight reel in the outfield. Plays hard and can really run it down. Couple of diving plays including one on a line drive in front of him to end the game. Very aggressive footwork and solid arm. Almost threw a player out at 1B on a hard ground ball single to CF. Needs to stay in line more with the bat, but the ball comes off of his bat with solid life.

Small, athletic OF with a very aggressive approach at the plate. Three base hits on the day—one to each field. Compact swing and good barrel feel.

#54 Noah Bradford – RHP 2019
Long, lean RHP who can throw from both a 3/4 and high 3/4 slot. Works in and out effectively with the fastball and can throw his breaking ball from both slots as well. Fastball was 76-77 and he worked it up and down, in and out. Can sweep the breaking ball and get on top of it as well.

Tall, lean corner infielder with a short stroke. Longs arms and stands in up on the plate, but can stay inside well. Line drive/middle-of-the-field approach. Drove in two runs with a single and a double on the day. Bat speed plays slightly above average, but his approach makes him a tough out.
#24 Dawson Campbell – Inf 2018
Strong lower half. Stands in easy and works from open to square with rhythm. Very quick to the inner half. High quality at bats. Sees it well and stays through it. Nice barrel feel—really reacts to location well and makes adjustments with his hands. Two very well hit balls and two RBI.
#3 Mitchell Plane – SS 2018
Demonstrates a ton of athleticism defensively. Actions from head to toe are very quick. Feet are active and under control. Glove is clean. Exchange is very quick. Covers a ton of ground and takes charge in the infield. Offensively, he is easy in his stance. Athleticism should play with the bat, too, as he shortens up, stays in line with his feet, and stays on plane longer.

Athletic build. Shows plus carry from behind the plate with quick feet that replace and very athletic actions. Direct short transfers that lets the ball travel in air. Quick to block and gets to the spot early. Good feel and fame awareness.
#23 Jackson Taylor – RHP 2018
FB: 82-84 firm fastball. Looks to control both sides of the plate and works off the fastball as he looks to attack hitter early. Arm speed will increase as he develops more athleticism.
#27 Josh Griffins – RHP 2019
Tall solid frame. Projectable. Fastball 83-86, touched 87mph with slight run and works to keep ball down and challenge hitters. Gets breaking ball over for strikes at 72. Raw motion and raw arm. Strong lower half and more feel will come with time.
#11 Logan Mendoza – SS 2019
Athletic and creative in the infield. Nice angles and can really make the play on the run. Showed a ton of range to his backhand side and knows how to get rid of it. Line drive stroke and a fighter in his AB’s.
#44 Dylan Lawlor – 1B 2019
Big, physical kid with what looks like some serious hand strength. Good extension through contact. Covers all of the plate and more off of the outer half. Ball comes off of his bat with a lot of life. Only saw line drive opportunities, but there is a lot more in him.

Orlando took the mound with great presence and demeanor. He pitched with excellent tempo and controlled the game for 4 dominant innings. His arm action is clean and he repeats his delivery. His fastball topped at 81 and hi breaking ball showed tight spin and good depth. His fastball had late life and got on the hitters he faced. He fields his position well and shows promise on the mound. He there 4 innings giving up 0 runs on 0 hits with 4 strikeouts.

Alejandro showed above average arm strength behind the plate. He back picked one of the only runners that got to second. His arm strength is a big tool for him. He is strong and did a good job of receiving and earning strikes for his pitcher. At the plate he was 1 for 2 with a double and 2 RBI.

Spark plug-type player.

Undersized as a 1B, but demonstrated solid footwork and glove work over there. Scrappy in the batter’s box. Push counts very deep. Can fight pitches off and can execute. Finds a way to get on.

Fastball touched 83 and kept it down in the zone from a high 3/4 arm slot that showed slight run and resulted in ground balls. Attacked hitters early and located off speed well late in the count with an efficient slider with 10/4 shape
#34 Noah Pyles – RHP 2018
Noah is a big body Rhp with good size. He throws from a mid 3/4 arm slot. His fastball shows late life running it up to 84mph. When down in the zone the fastball showed some sink and run. Clean mechanics and fluid arm action. Would like to see secondary pitches develop.
#3 Cameron Robertson – OF 2018
Lean, athletic OF who really knows how to stay on the plane. Uses the whole field but very comfortable turning on a pitch. Ball comes off of his bat with above average life. Two hits, including a double, in his second tournament game.
#33 Troy Shields – 1B/C 2018
Big, thick kid with a strong lower half. Moves well for a big guy. Showed above average arm strength and accuracy behind the plate. Moves well around the bag at 1B. Calm and athletic in the box. Very strong through the hands and forearms. Ball comes off of his bat with life event when he doesn’t find the barrel. Showed power to the pull gap, and can use the whole field.
#44 Aiden Carrigg – OF 2018
Stocky, athletic OF who covered a ton of ground. Aggressive on the ball on the ground and in the air. Under control, but quick with a clean glove and a loose, easy arm.
#5 Matthew Dethlefson – C/3B 2018
Strong kid with a great balance and lower half explosion in the swing. Some grip issues make him pull-oriented right now, but he has a feel for the barrel and hunts pitches and does not get cheated. Above average power that is line drive type now. Couple of hits and a walk in his fourse tournament game. Much more in there.

Thin wiry frame. 81-84 FB south slight two seam run. Works to command both sides of the plate. With a smooth deliver and arm action from a clean delivery. Slider at 75 with late sharp downward action that is on plane. Swing and miss type pitch that he can use late when ahead in the count.
#8 Max Stanley – OF 2019
Consistent approach at the plate with good poise. Possess sneaky pop to the gaps with a mid line drive approach. Short and compact from a direct swing path to the ball w moth good extension. Good foot speed on bases. Good range in the OF, quality routes to the ball, closes well, good jumps
#5 Brady Lavoie – OF 2018
Strong project able frame. At the plate he has a middle of field approach with some gap strength. Looks to use all of the field and attach early in the count.
#53 Blake Allred – RHP 2019
Athletic Rhp with high 3/4 arm slot. Gets some downhill plane on his fastball and pitches with excellent command. Shows the ability to throw all pitches for strikes and has a great feel for pitching. Managed the running game and commanded both sides of the plate with his fastball. Fastball topped at 79 and showed an out pitch with his braking ball at 63-65. 5ip, 4 hits, 4 k’s, 0 runs allowed
#15 Jonny Lutz – RF 2018
Flashed above average arm strength from deep right with an outfield assist to third. Wirey, athletic frame with projectability. Arm is biggest tool currently. 0-1 at the plate with a walk and an hbp. Showed good plate discipline and a balanced, consistent approach as a hitter.
#19 Garrett Bevacqua – 3B 2019
Had a great day at the plate going 3 for 3 with 2 singles a double an rbi and two runs scored. He showed a quiet load and direct bat path to contact. His simple, approach allowed him to get extended well and have consistent barrel contact. He showed the ability to hit the ball to all fields with some power to the pull side.
#62 Jesse Garcia – DH 2018
Went 1 for 3 with a big blast HR to left field. Had 3 rbi. Stayed in his legs well at the plate and was able to get good backspin on the baseball. Handled the inner half of the plate well and stayed balanced and kept good posture throughout his ab’s.

Long, lean, projectable frame. Looks the part at 1B. Good feel around the bag. Clean glove work and the footwork is easy, too. Knows how to battle through at-bats. 3 for 3 on his first day of the tournament and dealt with some adversity in the box in the process. Aggressive with an advanced barrel feel. Can fight pitches off showed some real maturity with both his approach and his swing. Ability to use the whole field with intent.
#18 Peyton Maple – RHP/3B 2018
Tall, lean, athletic RHP showed good tempo and really attacks the zone with the fastball. Only 75-77 mph, the delivery is sound and the arm works. Mixes speeds and locations effectively.
