Tall slender, athletic frame, showed great versatility by playing multiple positions on the field. Solid opposite field approach at the plate very balanced. Showed above average speed running the bases with long strides.

Finds a way to take the next base, ball in dirt, aggressive baserunning, behind the plate blocks exceptionally well, takes care of the baseball, leader and very vocal. Looks to back pick and steal outs.
#5 Niko Diaz – LHP 2019
Small muscular build, stereo typical lead off hitter, battles good pitches and doesn’t expand the strike zone. Puts the ball in play and let’s his speed play. Good first step and routes in CF. Can run down the baseball. Average arm strength.
